Once a term sheet has been signed, Delta Capital will develop a due diligence and document request plan. Delta Capital has developed a due diligence investigation outline used to satisfy us to the fullest extent possible that 'no stone has been left unturned' before the closing of the investment. To the extent applicable, the following areas of the target company will be examined and documented.
