Term Sheet

The next step in the investment process is the submission of a term sheet to the company management detailing the specifics of a potential investment by Delta Capital. Along with specific pricing terms, this document will cover the other key structure areas previously discussed such as price protection, balance sheet protection, exit protection and corporate governance. Normally, a period of negotiation will follow the initial submission of the term sheet.
